Wonderful little and silent accommodation with exceptionally nice setting short walk to the beach, pier and town centre, which is approximately15 minutes walk, the centre of Kemptown by the sea and shopping destinations. Early check-in, well-mannered employees.

We liked being there. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very quite area, not far from the sea, the centre and the beach. The room was stunning and welcoming with an amazing bath. In the restaurant they served Thai cuisine dishes.

Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful adjacent to Brighton and restaurants and the sea front. We enjoyed warm rooms with one other bedroom and the staff were amicable and amazing. Everything was good.
